Wednesday Morning Women's Bible Study will continue with a new study starting, January 23. "Old Places, New Faces" is a series that looks at old places from the Old Testament stories and gives relevant and faith-stimulating messages for new faces--today's believers. Pastor Ken Groethe's study of the Book of Acts focuses on the life of the early church, which is a model for church life today. The message and power of the church today needs to be revitalized and renewed by the power of God's Spirit, just as it was in the early church.
This is an exciting study as the twelve sessions indicate: Living with Jesus, Living for God's Kingdom, Living with Sharing, Living with Sin, Living with a Commission, Living with Repentance, Living with Disagreements, Living with Christ's Righteousness, Living with Respect, Living with Purpose, Jesus Living Through Us, Living with Anchors.
The current study on Luke will be finished on January 9. Peace Bible Study (see below) continues the 3rd Wednesday of each month. We invite all women who are free on Wednesday morning to join us. We will be taking a count for the book order in January. Any questions, please contact Marcia Jensen or Ruth Malik
